For DistrictsPartner with CREST
Some students need more than a single district can provide on its own.
That is the entire reason collaboratives exist. CREST Collaborative is a public special education collaborative in Andover, Massachusetts, formed under Chapter 40, Section 4E of the Massachusetts General Laws. When a student's needs outrun local resources, we are the next step — not a vendor, a partner.
Districts come to us for out-of-district placement, for evaluations and therapies delivered inside their own buildings, for transportation of specialized populations, or cooperative purchasing that makes limited funds go further. Some come for all of it.
Whatever brings you here, the goal is the same - keep the student moving forward.
